Amityville:
Youth Center:  Southern State Pkwy Exit 33 South.  New Highway South to Cedar Road.  Make right on Cedar, go down to stop sign.  Make left into Youth Center.  Field on the left behind youth center building.

Bayville:        
Game Field: Centre Island Beach.  LIE to Exit 41N (106 Oyster Bay). Take 106N about 5 miles to Lexington Avenue.  Make left, take to the end, make left on to West Main St.  Follow road as it bears to the right, go under tressle. Stay straight to Bayville Avenue, make right, field is ½ mile on right side.

Bethpage HS:
From Southern State Pkwy: to exit 28N (Seaford-Oyster Bay Expwy). North to Exit 9 (Plainview Rd/Plainview). Make left at stop sign and bear Right at the fork. Go about 1/4 mile and the field is on left hand side of road.                            
                                
From Northern State Pkwy or LIE: to Seaford-Oyster Bay Expwy. South to Exit 9    (Broadway/Bethpage). Make right at stop sign and bear Right at the fork. Go about 1/4 mile and the field is on left hand side of road. .

Brentwood:
From Southern State:
Take Exit 41A Sagtikos Pkwy. North towards Sunken Meadow  Park to exit S3, Pine Aire Dr, Brentwood.  Make a right at the light and take Pine Aire Drive  for about 1 mile.  Pine Aire Dr turns into 3rd Ave. once you pass the Hess gas station. The field is on the left hand side.
From 495:
Take LIE to exit 53.  Take service road and follow signs to Wicks Road. At Wicks Rd make Right and drive about 1 mile. Wicks Rd turns into Fifth Avenue.  Once you pass over the railroad tracks, make a left at the light onto 3rd Avenue.  Hess station there on corner, field on left side.

Broad Channel:
Belt Pkwy to Cross Bay Blvd. South.  Go 3 miles, go over 1st bridge. DO  NOT GO OVER THE 2nd BRIDGE.  Field is on 1st Road & Cross Bay Blvd.

Copiague:
Sunrise Hwy West or East to Great Neck Rd. South to Montauk Hwy.(Merrick Rd) West for 1 block to Baylawn Rd.  Make left.  Straight ahead to Tanner Park.

East Meadow:
Clarke HS: Wantagh Parkway to Old Country Road West. Go approx. 1 mile and make Left onto Washington Avenue ( Century 21 sign on left side of Old Country Rd.). 1 block to Myron Road and make Right, then make Left onto Edgewood Road. Follow to school

Elmont:
Take So. State  west to Exit 13 (Linden Blvd). Linden Blvd. to Elmont Rd. (first traffic light after you exit prkwy) Turn right onto Elmont Road to Dutch Broadway (second light down). Turn left onto Dutch Broadway, After light make the first left into park.  Name of Complex is Dutch Broadway Sports Complex.

 
Farmingdale Hawks:
Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy to Hempstead Tpke. East to Cherry Street (Church on corner) right to Howitt Jr. HS.

Farmingdale Titans:
#1 Farmingdale HS: East on Hemp. Tpke. 24 to Merritts Road. Make Right turn.  Take down to Fallwood Pkwy, make left. (Dairy Barn is on The corner).  Take down to Woodward Pkwy. Make right turn. Take it  To the end into High School parking lot.

#2 Allen Park: LIE/No. State to Route 135 Seaford-Oyster Bay Expwy South / So State to Rte 135 North.  Take Rte 135 to Hemp. Tpke (24) East. Approx. 1 mile to Merritts Road (after overpass) and make a Right. Approx. 1 mile to Motor Pkwy and make a Left. Proceed to traffic light and make a left into the park.   

Glen Cove:
LIE west to Exit 39N (Glen Cove Rd)  Go approx. 6 ½ miles and make left  At Fire House.  Second right make a right to Glen Cove City Stadium.

Hempstead:
Hempstead Tpke (Fulton St) to Franklin Ave.  South on Franklin to Graham Ave.  Left on Graham to Park or Southern State Pkwy to Peninsula Blvd, Exit 19 North on Peninsula to Graham Ave.  Right on Graham to Park.

Andrews Road Park
Northern State Pkwy Exit 35S (Hicksville 106/107 south). At the 3rd light make a left onto Bethpage Road. At the 2nd make a left onto Andrews Road. Field is on the right.

Levittown:     
Southern State Pkwy west to Wantagh Pkwy (exit 27N) to Hempstead Tpke (Exit W3E)  Immediately make sharp right turn onto Loming Rd (runs parallel to Wantagh Pkwy) heading southbound.  McClarin field ¼ mile on     left.

 Lindenhurst:
Sunrise Hwy to Wellwood Ave South to Montauk Hwy east to Venetian Blvd South toVenetian Shores field.

 
Massapequa:
Burns Park:  Southern State Pkwy to Hicksville Rd (exit 29) South to Hicksville Rd to Merrick Rd.  East on Merrick Rd to park.

North Babylon:
Southern State Pkwy to Exit 37 South, Belmont Avenue, cross over Belmont.  Stop sign Miller Place, make a right.  Follow road to Phelps Lane Pool Complex on your left.

Oyster Bay:
Game field:  Oyster Bay H.S. – LIE to Exit 41N (106N Oyster Bay)  Take 106 about 5 miles to Lexington Avenue.  Make left. Located in back of Roosevelt Elementary School.

Plainedge:
Southern State Pkwy to Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy.  North to Boundary Ave Exit.  Make left on to east service road.  Proceed to flashing light and left turn On to Boundary Ave.  John W. West School is two blocks on right.

Plainview: (Plainview/Old Bethpage Middle School)
From the Southern State Pkwy:
Take to exit 28A North (Seaford Oyster Bay Exp) Take SOB to Exit 10 (Old Country Rd).  Make right turn onto Old Country Rd going East. Go past firehouse to First traffic light (central Park Rd) make left here. Go to 3rd Stop sign,  Southern Parkway and make left.  Middle School and football field are on Left.
From Northern State Parkway:
Take to Exit 36A (SOB South) to Exit 10 (Old Country Rd Off exit, make left onto Old Country Rd going East.  Follow above directions

Stratford Road Elementary School:
From the Southern State Pkwy:
Take to Exit 28A North (SOB)  Go to Exit 10- Old Country Rd – make left off exit onto Old Country Rd. going West.  Take this to SOB RD, make right onto SOB Rd. take this Down about 1 ¼ miles to Woodbury Rd (Woodbury Shopping Plaza on right) Make right turn onto Woodbury Rd, 2nd traffic light make right onto Stratford Road.  Go to first Stop sign and make left onto Bedford Rd.  Follow parking Lot behind school, see football field.
From Northern State:  Take this to SOB Exit 36 south.  Stay on SOB Road. Go down about 1 mile to Woodbury Rd – make left onto Woodbury Rd, Follow above directions.

 
Roosevelt:
Roosevelt High School.  Southern State Pkwy to Nassau Rd (exit 21). South On Nassau Rd. to East Clinton to Wagner.  Left on Wagner to High School.
From Sunrise Hwy:
North to Main Street (Freeport) which becomes Nassau Road.  Follow above directions.

Rosedale:
From Southern State:
Take So. State West toward New York.  So State Pkwy Becomes BELT PKWY WEST.  Take exit 24A, toward Francis Lewis Blvd. Make right onto Laurelton Pkwy.  Turn SLIGHT right onto Francis Lewis Blvd  Turn Right onto Brookville Blvd. Take Brookville Blvd to 147th Ave. And turn Right.  Take 147th Ave to 232nd Street and turn Right.  Go about 3 blocks and the field is on the Right.
From the LIE:
Take LIE/I-495W to Cross Island Pkwy, exit 31 N-S toward Whitestone Bridge/Kennedy Airport.  Take the Cross Isl. Pkwy SOUTH exit 31S, on the left toward Kennedy Airport.  Merge onto Cross Isl Pkwy So. Take exit 24A toward Francis Lewis Blvd.  Turn Right onto Laurelton Pkwy Follow above directions from here.
From Sunrise Highway:
West on Sunrise Highway (NY-27 West)  Continue To follow west to Brookville Blvd.  Turn left on Brookville Blvd.  Take this to 147th Ave, turn right.  Take this to 232nd Street and turn right.  Go About 3 blocks and field is on the right.

Seaford:
Southern State West to Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy South.  To Merrick Rd East.  Make a right on Seamans Neck Rd. Straight ahead about 1 ½ miles to Fork in road. Go left (Sign says Seamans Neck Park). Follow straight down.

Syosset:
Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy (RT 135) North Exit at Jericho TYPK (RT25) East - Woodbury Second Traffic Light turn right Syosset Woodbury park. As you enter park turn right field is in the back section of the park.

Valley Stream:
Firemans field: southern state Pkwy to Corona Ave South (exit 15)  Corona To E.  Fenimore Street, left on E. Fenimore to park.  From Sunrise Hwy: North on Rockaway Ave to E. Fenimore Street, right on E. Fenimore to park 

Wantagh:
High School field: Southern State pkwy east or west to exit 28 South (Wantagh Ave) follow to Beltagh Ave (5 traffic lights) make right.  Field is behind high school.

Wantagh(Mandalay School Field):
Southern State Pkwy east or west to Wantagh Pkwy south (exit 27S) to Merrick Road West to Bayview Ave. south. Follow to school on left side.

West Babylon:
Sunrise Hwy East to Little East Neck Rd South to Farmingdale Rd. (Dairy Barn, 2 blocks So. Of Sunrise Hwy) right turn.  Field ¼ mile on left past Jr. HS.

West Hempstead (High School) –
From the Southern State Pkwy:
Take exit 17N go 2 Lights to Nassau Blvd make left (Halls Pond will be on the right side) Go About ¼ mile to 400 Nassau Blvd. Make left into parking lot and go to Back of the school. 
From Hempstead Tpke:
Take Rt 24 (Hemp. Tpke) into West Hempstead, go To Nassau Blvd from (from East make left, from West make right). Go down About ½ mile to WHHS – 400 Nassau Blvd. School on right, enter parking  Lot, go to back of school.
